1. Why do I think #Trump tried to make money from testing?

I got asked this by several accounts a few days ago. They were accounts I didn't previously know and that coordinated conduct with other obvious troll posts said it was troll-like, so I didn't respond and blocked them.
2. I've pondered it since. Here's my answer why.

First, some context. I called a pandemic on January 22. The #RedDawn email was January 28. Starting on January 28 my @Twitter focus was on testing. Initially, I could not fathom why only #CDC was testing. It just seemed odd.
3. I reported the coming economic crash based on the #BalticDryRate by February 27 with the #TrumpPendemic hashtag. I scanned all my old family photos for my kids because I feared we all might die.

1. I'm focused on testing. It's Trump's biggest weakness and it's the one of two things that can save us. It's a no-brain'er.

The other thing? I watch the stock shows in the morning. They can't say it but many analysts pumping this rally say, "If we don't have another breakout"
when they forecast. Without adequate testing and follow up with efficient near foolproof contact-tracing this won't go away.
2. Okay. #MyPlan:

Authorize the @NSAGov to gather all cellphone location data. The intel committees will have oversight. All phones and location data will be put in a special NSA controlled machine. Likely bring in someone like @Google (full disclosure of personal affiliation).

1. If @POTUS @RealDonaldTrump or the @WhiteHouse Counsel's Office staffers had ever read the US Constitution they would know that when DC is not responding to an attack the framers reserved to each state an inherent ability to conduct foreign warfare until DC was back on line:
2. "No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger
3. as will not admit of delay." Art. 1, sec. 10, para. 3.

Trump's incompetent response surrendered any claim of command in the #Pandemic to the States who are now in charge. If Trump wants a buy-in at the grown-ups game? Where's your PPE and ventilators? That's the ante.
