Kennedy is a member in good standing of Trump's "death cult," so let me explain what I mean by the term.

Keep in mind, a poll shows 81% of Americans want stay-at-home orders to continue—and for government officials like Kennedy to do what must be done to make that possible for every family economically. Only 10% of Americans (the death cult) ask us to throw up our hands and give up.
The sort of things this 10% "death cult" would do? Well—for instance—stage a massive in-person protest in Michigan that will spread COVID-19, within a matter of days, to hundreds or thousands of new people. Or hold a 2,000-person religious event in Louisiana—with the same result.
