Situated at Parvati Valley at the bank of Parvati river at an altitude of about 1,829 mtrs. Sacred pilgrimage place for Hindu-Sikhs both. Manikaran Means "Mani of ear" of Mata Parvati. Temples of Shiva, Raghunath Ji, Maa Naina and a Gurudwara fulfils this place with divinity. 
As per legends Shiva with Maa Parvati spent time here, during that time Parvati lost here Mani in the water and there comes SheshaNaga in the story. Story is lengthy @Sanjay_Dixit

People Faith has its own place. But there are Scientific reason behind this hot water also. Like presence of deep cracks in the valley and contact of the water with hot rocks beneath the earth, presence of Sulfur and many other minerals. This Water has curative powers also.
People take deep bath here, which relax their bodies, cure skin diseases, knee pain also. But above all is the peace of mind which they get at this divine place.
