Eating all day = High insulin.
Sugar = High insulin.
Stop both.
High insulin completely jacks up your ability to produce testosterone, so the sooner you get it to a reasonable level, the sooner your life will improve.
It's a critical component of high testosterone.
Insufficiency is pretty much guaranteed to lead to lower T, and in today's 'technology world', it's easier than ever for this to happen.
Sunlight is best.
Sprays are second best.
Eggs are awesome.
They won't screw up your health, unless there is ALREADY an underlying inflammation issue, which more likely occured from reason #1.
Re-read #1.
That's your true problem.
Eggs = magnesium, healthy fats, vitamin D, the 'B complex'.
Steak = Testosterone, not cancer.
Again, re-read #1.
THAT is what will give you cancer (as well as smoking and being obese), not red meat.
Get plenty of meat in your diet.
Why is this bad for testosterone?
Instantly:
A) Less drive for work/sex/money/training
B) Lower self-esteem
C) Direct reduction in T from ejaculating all the time
Stop watching porn.
Your life will soon improve.
If you've been around remotely attractive females, you know they get hundreds of likes and comments on their Insta pages.
ALL from men.
"🔥🔥🔥"
"So hot!"
"I'm in love"
These guys get nothing in return.
Often...
And so I ask myself what causes this ass-kissing mindset?
Unlimited attention, and absolutely nothing in return...how is this possible?
I believe porn may be a factor.
Why is this an issue?
Cortisol rises too high, and with stress levels through the roof, testosterone is compromised.
A stress-free lifestyle is key.
And this ALSO includes workouts.
Keep them to 45 mins or less.
And by the way...
All sessions are intense, and efficient.
Maximum recovery, maximum muscle gain.
How?
- AMRAP sets
- Supersetting

And I don't mean this in a 'good way', i.e you've already dominated th competition.
I mean you simply aren't in competition with anyone.
This is where gym buddies are useful.
This is where business competition is useful.
Competing = Testosterone.
Or at work?
Or in terms of lifestyle (house/car/travel) etc.?
You HAVE to compete as a man.
This is linked to competition, but not necessarily the same.
Taking successful risks (they needn't be huge), is linked to higher testosterone and confidence over the long-term.
There's a time to play it safe.
But...
- Stack the odds in your favour
- Make a concrete plan & do your research
- Go ahead & take the risk
Make sure you get on the email list.
I'll be talking more about this next week.
