Here's what you need to do:

- Try to hit as many muscles as possible
- Get creative with your equipment
- Get your heart rate up & reduce your rest times

Then get your meats sorted.
Get to the shops earlier and you'll be fine.

You don't need your breakfast.
Save the calories for later.
Guranteed they will be:
- Higher protein
- More satiating
- More micronutrient-dense
You'll lose more fat.
You'll become healthier.
Take advantage of this time.
The people who come out STRONGER in situations like this, are people who:
- Had plenty of cash to buy assets at a discount
- Train & cook every day
- Are too busy doing the above, that they don't have TIME to get drunk
Avoid.
