Eggs are disappearing.

Rice & pasta is long gone.

You're concerned about how long all this crap is going to last.

Reality is, nobody knows (apart from the Chinese, maybe).

But there's an opportunity here.

A SERIOUS opportunity for improvement.

IF YOU'RE WILLING TO TAKE IT.

Most people are simply going to rot on the sofa, thinking "oh yay, time off work".

Getting fat.

Getting closer to divorce.

Getting more addicted to porn & netflix.

Think:
ALL THE TYPICAL EXCUSES THAT PEOPLE HAVE IN REGARDS TO MUSCLE GAIN, FAT LOSS AND HEALTH, HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DESTROYED.

That's not an exaggeration.

I'm serious.

- No alcohol
- No parties
- No social gatherings
- No meals out
- No travel
- No clients

Even:
- No hangovers
- No 'weekends' (there's no Mon-Fri lifestyle right now)

So now is the time to take the initiative.

If you DON'T, then you were never going to EVER get healthy and lean.

It's the perfect environment.

Here's what you need to do:
1) Train Every Day

Just do what you can, with what you've got

My main pointers:

- Try to hit as many muscles as possible
- Get creative with your equipment
- Get your heart rate up & reduce your rest times

2) Cook EVERY Meal

This is the perfect opportunity to have a PERFECT diet, 100% of the time.

This is actually bigger than point #1.

This is the time to train yourself to optimise:

- Intermittent Fasting
- Calories
- Macros
- Supps

More:
If you've been overweight your entire life...

NOW is the time to fix that.

If you've had a sugar addiction your entire life...

NOW is the time to fix that.

If you've had poor discipline your entire life...

NOW is the time to fix that.

BY COOKING EVERY SINGLE DAMN MEAL.
Eggs might be difficult atm.

But I've noticed that ALL GREENS (think broccoli, peas, spinach, kale and much more) are pretty much fully stocked (in the UK, at least).

Then get your meats sorted.

Get to the shops earlier and you'll be fine.

Next:
3) Keep Your Eating Window <8 Hours Every Day

You don't need your breakfast.

Save the calories for later.

Guranteed they will be:

- Higher protein
- More satiating
- More micronutrient-dense

You'll lose more fat.
You'll become healthier.

Take advantage of this time.
4) Don't Touch Alcohol

The people who come out STRONGER in situations like this, are people who:

- Had plenty of cash to buy assets at a discount
- Train & cook every day
- Are too busy doing the above, that they don't have TIME to get drunk

Avoid.

Finally:
