We're all stuck inside.
There's nothing better to do than f***ing dominate our workouts, get strong as hell, and get shredded.
So how do you do that?
I'm going to share what's working for me as I approach 8% body fat.
First off...
You will try harder when you enjoy them.
You will stick to them long-term.
Here's some ideas:
*Weighted press-ups
*Standing OHP (using DB's/KB's/rucksacks)
*Stiff leg deadlifts (HEAVY bags or suitcases - might as well use them for something!)
Read on
*Dips (using two chairs + a heavy bag)
*Rows (DB's/heavy bags/suitcases)
*Pull-Ups
*Bulgarian split squats

This is something loads of you aren't doing.
If you're going into a workout without a goal or purpose, you lose your drive.
Keeping track of your sets/reps gives you something to BEAT.
Competition.
Progression.
You want to be...
Then when you hit ~15 or so, either:
A) Increase the weight, or;
B) Increase the numberof sets you're doing
Either way, keep moving forward.
Keep hitting new targets.
