Conclusion:
a. As seen in this thread, the regime in Iran has ample medical supplies to provide for the Iranian people & medical professionals. However, the regime, and its apologists/lobbyists (see image), are using this opportunity as a pretext to have U.S. sanctions lifted.

b. It is worth noting that Iran kicked out Doctors Without Borders, saying they don't need their support. However, Tehran is constantly demanding a $5 billion loan from the Int'l Monetary Fund to "address the novel coronavirus."
