Dia 39: Farem un cremós de xocolata per berenar 🤩 i anirem veient com, segons la xocolata que fem servir, aconseguirem un resultat o un altre, tots ells útils per fer un munt de coses diferents. Xocolata, doncs!
L'important no són les quantitats sinó mantenir les proporcions: 300 gr de nata (35% mínim de greix) i 200 gr de xocolata negra per final ferm o xocolata amb llet per final cremós i "muntable". ImageImageImage

Fem arrencar el bull a la nata al microones (o al foc, si ho preferiu) i hi bolquem la xocolata. Per aquest pas és important disposar de mà d'obra barata (ideal nens).
A base d'anar remenant procurant que no hi entri aire la xocolata s'anirà fonent. Feu atenció al fons i els laterals del bol, que quedi tot ben llis. I a la nevera fins demà 💜 ImageImageImage
I, finalment, aquest matí m'he escapolit com a bona mala mare i m'he endrapat el cremós de xocolata en una torrada jo soleta 🤫😍
