Today has felt tough, not really sure why. Is the 5 weeks of adrenaline in #Covid_19 wearing off, are homeschooling & new normal sinking in? I've kept coming back to these #wisewords today.

🌳Acceptance: we're in this for a long, hard slog, life has changed, so when it does get you down don't be surprised. Concentrate on those things you can control & affect and take joy in these.

🎶Find your rhythm: exercise, time with family, walking in the fresh air, just sitting and doing nothing. Be strict with yourself in the ‘off time’ to resist the gravitational pull of your workstation. Otherwise we will #burnout.

👨👩👧👧Tribe: this period of distancing can actually make your teams/family/friends closer. Shared adversity, being part of history, coping & pulling together. You will form a bond you will remember forever. Remind people of this so it doesn’t feel quite so awful.

🤣Humour: use laughter in times of adversity, sometimes it is the only thing that gets you through. Keep laughter in your life and encourage it in others.
