In fact there are plenty of sketchy details surrounding Nygard's cases that DO resemble circumstances in MJ's cases, but not for the reasons Finaldi implies.

Nygard vehemently denies the accusations & accuses his billionaire neighbor as a shakedown (w/ a racketeering counter-case). His neighbor once paid $6 million to a fake CIA agent to try and stir accusations & seize on #MeToo; FBI/homeland security found no prosecutorial evidence.
