a holder of the Aboriginal Order of Canada by: 1. Affirming in writing the recognition of the gov of Canada that the NCC is an Aboriginal Organization which represents among, other Aboriginal peoples, Metis people in many parts of Canada and 2. Instructing the Ministers to carry
out this affirmation in the context of policy development, consultation on Metis issues, self-gov negotiation processes and delivery of Federal programs and services to Metis peoples in every part of Canada.
