Bad enough in the U.K. but there are some places where the mortality rates have soared.
Ecuador’s Guayas Province with just 245 official CV deaths has total excess deaths of 10.2k. i.e. 350% more than a typical year.

In Lombardy there are 13,000 excess deaths but just 4,348 recorded. Just 1/3rd if the total excess deaths.
New York - 200% increase.
Madrid - 161% increase.
So the “official” COVID death figures do NOT tell the true fatality resulting from this outbreak.

In England & Wales excess deaths were 76% higher that the 5 year average for the same week & 58% higher than the REPORTED COVID deaths.
