As suggested by @C_Barraud here are some charts of #covid 19 reproduction number R changes for countries that have started to ease lockdowns - the comparison with Asia is not very encouraging
Denmark : going up / flattish near 1 
Austria: significantly going up:
Germany, flattish but very recent data not good
Compare to Sweden's incredibly stable R near 1
Korea is the most interesting, i think: they eased lockdown, had a significant R increase, but because the absolute numbers were much lower, they managed to tackle it with tracing, etc, (just my opinion) and now they are back to almost 0 cases
that's Japan, but I don't trust their numbers because the Olympics effect is too obvious and suggests everything is fake or distorted
And China, ofc. I think it looks very much like Korea : easing -> R increase, but one which is much easier to manage and R goes down again.
(I need to investigate that spike at the end, I suspect it's a data problem)
