When I argued with you in 2016, I couldn't have imagined how gaslighted you felt.

You were fighting for true principles and the establishment was calling you Russian trolls, spoilers, Trump lovers, etc.

It must have been infuriating.
And of course, it's even worse today.

The Dem establishment is now openly destroying the #MeToo movement and blaming the left for defending women.

The difference for me is that I'm on the left now. So I see it much more clearly.

First up, Oscar Peterson's brilliant 1960s trio with Ray Brown on bass and Ed Thigpen on drums. The most elegant and swinging music you'll ever hear.

He has been replaced by a radicalized, proud leftist who is fighting fascism from outside the duopoly.

An explanation for those who think this is a strange shift:

1. I entered politics as a progressive anti-war activist.

2. Establishment leaders asked me to build their relationship with the grassroots.

3. I agreed to help, believing I could change the system from within...
4. After a number of years working for the Democratic Party, I recognized that I was powerless to change it from the inside.

5. In the past two years, I began reconnecting with my initial approach of the Bush years, as an outside activist.
