Expect a flow in the XUMM user interface similar to the existing flow for your own on ledger XRPL account. Send, receive. Fiat onramp using the "Request" button (request from bank account), offramp added to the Send flow.

No. There are some non transparent/shady companies in this ecosystem offering crazy interest percentages. Some of them will be OK, but it triggers greed and may result in losses in the future. Not a big fan.

Like any other payment service provider plugin, but with some additions. Store owner can link their XRPL account and select the currency to receive (XRP or IOU added to the linked account).
Consumers select XUMM payment, scan a QR code with XUMM (or push notification) to pay.

Most likely a redirect to a 3rd party provider doing the actual custody & requesting KYC. It'll be account linking / oauth-like flow. Maybe in the future we can all team up with KYC/online ID provider(s) and share data / respect verification levels, but... Will that be compliant?
XUMM can sign any XRPL transaction initiated by 3rd parties integrating with XUMM, and eg. xumm.community by @nixerFFM can already do Escrows signed by XUMM. @xrptoolkit by @TowoLabs will be able to do this as well.
I hope we'll be able to launch them in V2 (so ~3 months from now: 1~2 months beta, 1 month from V1 to V2, as we're aiming at one release a month).
Anyone can send on ledger transactions to donate (or share their account address to receive donations). @nixerFFM made something nice to integrate in your own website as well (direct XUMM donation button with QR code)
