Day 12 of #Chithrai Festival -Festival Ending at Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple #Madurai - Rishabha Vahanam
Kallazhagar of Sundararaja Perumal Temple at Alagarkoil - 20 Km away starts his journey towards Madurai to participate in the celestial wedding of his sister Meenakshi.

Day 13 of #Chithrai Festival- Sri Kallazhagar - Edhir Sevai
Legend story -he gets delayed and
misses the wedding. Meenakshi and Lord Shiva come to the Vaigai River, where he reached, and to try and pacify him.People of #Madurai receive Azhagar with great joy to the city.

Day 14 of #Chithrai Festival - Kallazhagar on reaching the vaigai river bank, he hears that marriage is over, so he gets angry and returns back to Alagarkovil after giving the gifts to Meenakshi and Sundereswarar.This event happens in a mandapam in the middle of river vaigai.

Day 15 of #Chithiraifestival -Sri Kallazhagar Vandiyur Thenur Mandapam - Sesha Vahanam in Morning - Garuda Vahanam in the afternoon - Azhagar grants Moksham for Manduga Maharishi and gives Dasavathara Darshan at Ramarayar Mandapam in Night #Madurai
