2/...those individuals who pass through the firm continue to drive change (it's no accident the firm crops up constantly in my conversations w/ innovators in our profession). The professions are less than 200 years old and need to mirror this helping a culture absorbing new .....
3/ ...toolsets/skillsets/mindsets in both traditional +emergent areas of opportunity,not being afraid to adapt..this makes us relevent/resilient +able to address challenges (problems/pportunities) society faces... Our profession is at a pivot point (exacerbated by current crisis)
4/ ...As a profession we are at a Matrix moment (few yrs sooner than I anticipated) both bottom up+top down we need to decide which pill we want to take determining future of Profession/al/ism + integration/collaboration with others w/ domain knowledge in built environment arena
