Pelosi said that the House will not formally return to DC until they've reached remote consensus on the next Relief Bill, which they're expected to release as soon as tonight-the last 2 bills were done by Dem ldrshp-this time, the rank & file MoC want some say #MondayMotivation
2-So it may take longer, more like next wk. The bill will have State/local $, an extension of unemployment insurance & SNAP, & Postal Service $. There's push for a fed program to pay the salaries of middle-class workers vs direct payments-which ldrshp prefers
3-Pelosi is also said to plan to muscle through a measure to institute proxy voting whenever the chamber officially returns to D.C.
Much of this is in flux, all is subject to change, there'll be a LOT of negotiation fireworks this week.
