With the exception of No 2 , all can be procured somewhere or other on the internet. Mainly archive.org

The most detailed though is Poona, Queen of Deccan - a thick coffee table sized tome costing 3 grand.

Deluge in Poona is a study by Gokhale Institute (nothing to do with me 😬) , on the reasons and effects of 1961 Panshet dam collapse.

History of Poona Cantonment (1818-1853) - MH Moledina

Report on Water Supply Project of Poona Cantonment - Capt Philip Hart (1858)

So .. ten books in total.

Some more info available in Peshwa Daftars and Residency Correspondence etc, but these books are more or less dedicated to Pune history (or the then present) and make for good reading.
