2/ Richard Atkinson adds “Individual points of contact have been established and each complaint is passed on the HMCTS and NPCC contacts these are then followed up on an individual basis and nationally at the various meeting we attend”

The law Society and the other rep bodies are working hard on the profession’s behalf on a daily, if not hourly, basis but without information it is hard to address specific issues, so help by reporting. The best way to do this is through the forms. Last week they had just one.
4/ In relation to police stations Richard personally followed up issues and has spoken with a number of senior officers in different forces which have led to changes. These changes can only be brought about if people give them specific information.

Please share this thread. We must fight back against poor court room and police station conditions. But if we do not supply our professional body with the ammunition in terms of information we only have ourselves to blame for putting up with this appalling situation. Thanks Guys
