I have been very sympathetic to @joswinson & the @LibDems for the integrity of their opposition to Brexit in comparison to Corbyn. But they must hold their noses & support leader of opposition as temporary time limited PM just to halt Brexit & for a vote.

2. Many of the thousands of prior labour supporters who switched to @LibDems have done so to reflect mutual support for remain & Will not understand their passing up the opportunity to halt Brexit for a few weeks to enable an extension of article 50 and a vote. Why not @joswinson

3. - Agree a cross party platform of a GE plus a referendum as part of the terms. Everyone could claim a victory apart from Brexiters. But above all this no Deal nightmare will end & if a time-limited Corbyn premiership for a few weeks is the price then so be it. Can explain it.

4. I really do not think the electorate who support remain will object to a short-term Corbyn administration whose specific purpose is agreed with other parties simply to request an extension of article 50 and arrange a vote by the public thereafter.Need to treat us as grown ups.

@LibDems @joswinson do not make the mistake that Corbyn has done and treat remain support for granted. Many have joined you to defeat Brexit not to admire your non Corbyn purity. Use this opportunity as a stepping stone to building support for remain in ref and your party in GE.

I think there is a danger of @joswinson & @LibDems throwing away all the valuable gains they have made in recent weeks by passing up a chance to stop no Deal by cooperating in the very short term with labour simply to deliver an extension to article 50 and a public vote. Why?

This is an historic opportunity for cross-party cooperation and no remainer would criticise @joswinson or @LibDems for supporting a short term administration whoever led it if it stopped no deal. In fact they would be rewarded at a subsequent general election I am quite sure.
