Those who have been working, in all depts. including optal, gynac, etc need increments. Those who ran away need pay-cuts. lets be fair and reward those who worked, not others!

While hospitals like #Sion have a unique tradition of NEVER saying no to patients, many of our top hospitals are turning away patients using many excuses. A bit like police refusing to register complaints!
There is a need for real-time data on availability of beds for Covid patients. While govt is doubling beds, even in hospitals like Cama, we need to ensure proper utilisation. BTW 1916 has improved immensely. But data is updated only once a day
If you want hospitals to utilise capacity fully ensure govt doctors are working. Many HODs and sr. professors have remained absent for 40+days Non-Covid departments are NOT working in many govt hospitals (Sion excluded). Some exceptional doctors are indeed helping Deans. Not all
This has to be a top priority. I am sure you know that morgues are full! There is panic! Many covid deaths are being passed off as malaria because reporting them as suspect involves a tedious process of testing & 2-3 day delay for results while the body cannot be cremated!
Failure to report Covid deaths will only increase community spread! We need more hands on the deck to make things safer. We need faster decongestion. Just off the main streets, people are roaming freely as though there is no lockdown. Your police force is exhausted!
This cannot go on indefinitely, although lockdown period is being extended. What is the game plan? who are you consulting? where is this leading to? Even donors are exhausted and running out of resources, Yet hospitals are being castigated for seeking donations! Alarming!
