By saying they don't have evidence against Obama, it removes the need of Dems to protect Brennan, Clapper & the others to keep Durham from getting to Obama.
Now the Dems can admit Brennan & his allies framed Trump without Dems having to turn Obama into Nixon!

So it will be up to Brennan & his friends to prove they were following orders! #checkmate

FBI did not have the passwords even with a court order. DOJ & @potus asked Apple for help & they declined.
FBI technicians succeeded in unlocking his phones!
Contained info to prove significant ties to Al Qadea in the Arabian Peninsula. Ties in the years, months & days before.
The info allowed a mission against a leader of AQAP in Yemen based upon the information found on the phone.

The DOJ already has Grand Juries working to subpoena these records!
In fact, they have already charged several companies or individuals for fraudulently obtaining or spending of these monies!

So the banks aren't the only target, but they expect within 6 months the banks will be facing charges for allowing the money to be laundered!
