The DOJ already has Grand Juries working to subpoena these records!
In fact, they have already charged several companies or individuals for fraudulently obtaining or spending of these monies!

So the banks aren't the only target, but they expect within 6 months the banks will be facing charges for allowing the money to be laundered!
Which banks? The usual suspects top the list: JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Bank of America & Wells Fargo.
All of those already face charges in other cases including a few that have pending RICO cases for rigging markets.

The banks actually asked the Swamp to be held harmless if their customers committed fraud through this program and the Trump Admin agreed with it, but they can still be held accountable to not stopping money laundering & their employees enabling fraudulent loans.
