1/6 Daily #COVID19 update from our 5 academic med centers: 585 #SARSCoV2 positive patients have needed admission to date in any of our 10 hospitals; 336 patients have been discharged home. @UofCAHealth hospitals cared for 104 #SARSCoV2 positive inpatients yesterday. 
2/6 44 #SARSCoV2 positive inpatients are in one of our Intensive Care Units. Note the rest of these ICU beds are not empty; patients with pending results and with other conditions besides #COVID19 are also in the ICU. 34 #COVID19 @UofCAHealth inpatients are on a ventilator.
3/6 58,051 patients have received #SARSCoV2 test results to date; 1,767 had detectable virus = 3.04%.
4/6 1,953 @UofCAHealth patients were tested for #SARSCoV2 yesterday. (Of course, our hospital labs test more patients for other medical centers, but they are not counted here.)
5/6 The majority of our #SARSCoV2 test positive patients have not needed to be admitted to a hospital. Our tested @UofCAHealth patients are from across California, and indeed from across the country.
6/6 @UofCAHealth includes the 5 academic medical centers @UCSDHealth @UCLAHealth @UCIrvineHealth @UCSFHospitals @UCDavisHealth, as well as @UCRiverside, with over 19 health professional schools, 5000 faculty physicians, 12000 nurses, and 14000 students. ucop.edu/uc-health/
