Brazil has tragically nearly reached the US case curve, approaching 20,000 cases/day rolling average. Its death curve is not far behind🇺🇸
The US descent in fatalities is picking up a little steam👍

and yes there are reporting problems across the board
US with the other active, major ascending (trouble) countries, besides BRIM, includes Pakistan, Peru, Chile, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.

we'll hit 100,000 tomorrow, @youyanggu's model has been very accurate for many weeks
The good news is that #COVID19 won't be the #1 cause of death in the US for May
And that at least 20,000 lives were likely saved by mitigation measures (otherwise May would have been similar to April)
It depends on which tracking site you look at, but we've reached the horrific milestone of losing 100,000 American lives today, all in less than 90 days.
