6 Powerful Reasons To Stop Eating Breakfast(!)

1. EASY CALORIE DEFICIT

The fastest way to wasting 600+ calories from your 'calorie budget' (yes, there's limited calories you can eat no matter what you eat), is to eat breakfast.

Your willpower is already high in the morning.

Save the calories for when you NEED them (later).
2. INCREASED MORNING PRODUCTIVITY

As I said, willpower is highest in the AM (usually), which is why so many productivity gurus tell you to do the hardest task first.

They're not wrong.

And without your breakfast sitting in your stomach, you're going to have more energy.
3. ENJOYMENT OF FOOD (LATER)

The fastest way to enjoying your food and enjoying the overall experience, is to ACTUALLY be hungry in the first place.

On a macro-level, we've forgotten what that's like as a society.
4. HIGHER PROTEIN FEASTS (LATER)

Let's be honest, you're probably not eating 100g+ of protein at breakfast, with a ton of veggies too.

I realise there's unusual exceptions to this rule, but it's true for the vast majority of people reading these words.

Foods like:
- Chicken
- Beef
- Salmon
- Mackerel
- Organ meats
- Leafy veggies

Are much more likely to be consumed in adequate portions later in the day, than at breakfast.

And these are some of the most powerful foods in your diet.

So as I keep saying, save those calories for LATER!
5. YOU'LL BENEFIT FROM AUTOPHAGY

I'm not just talking immediately.

But if you're fasting for an extra 4+ hours per day, EVERY day, then this will add up over the weeks and months.

- Lower (chronic) inflammation
- Lower blodd pressure
- Improved hormonal health
6. ACCELERATED FAT LOSS

The fastest way to accelerate your rate of fat loss, is to reduce your desire to eat all those calories in the first place.

Otherwise known as APPETITE.

Reduce your appetite, and you can get as lean as you want.

Condensing your eating window does this.

2) More productivity
3) Enjoying food more
4) Getting more protein
