"Boogaloo" is a slang for "Civil War 2 (Electric Boogaloo)." The very online militia-like 'boog' crowd often interchange it with similar-sounding phrases "Big Igloo" and "Big Luau." They like wearing Hawaiian shirts and plate carriers to protests to signify this.
