Today @realDonaldTrump spoke to the nation, he addressed the #GeorgeFloyd tragedy with empathy and concern, he detailed the investigation and he correctly pointed out where the violence is from /2
He also CORRECTLY has stated multiple times that order must come at the local level. This is not only correct because we are a Republic, it is critical for the sanity of our nation. We CANNOT allow the left to scream tyrant at this administration. /3
Let's pretend the wildest fantasies of the likes of @Cernovich come true and guardsmen in riot gear use force to take control. Dozens of minorities will go down under their boots and the @dnc will falsely claim that all the violence was a pretext /5
to do exactly that. Their bullsh*t "white supremacist" narrative will become accepted fact and we will see violence like nothing in a hundred years. /6
Better they see that their local, left wing governments have failed them... and that once they actually asked for help the @realDonaldTrump backed them 100%. This is not NEW, supporting local governments but granting them wide leeway has been /7
