1. When the term #Antifa first popped up on the national radar, I initially suspected it was part of a #GRU active measure. A propaganda meme that the Trump White House and Fox News then weaponized. I thought it was in a Seattle riot but I couldn't recall.
2. I did a little checking. Here is my search of the times Trump mentioned Antifa. I think July 27, 2019 was when he first mentioned it and called it "a major Organization of Terror." Trump also posted after the August 4 Dayton OH mass shooting and curiously he name checks @OANN.
3. So he's called for the terror listing listing before today. Nothing came from it. But if his political crew was involved in the recent riots, we might want to look at the OANN comms to see if they were in the loop. @NSAGov @FBIMinneapolis @FBIWFO @NewYorkStateAG

1. I've always wondered from an academic sense when the duty to obey civilian authority and take up arms against the government is Constitutionally authorized. I never had an answer but it seems reasonable the Insurrection Act in these circumstances approaches the line.
2. I fear that Trump is engaged in military coup and I think we need to prepare for civil war. That was always Putin's plan. Roberts' failure to rule fast may have doomed us. He may now feel afraid to cross the dictator.

Will governors declare DC in a coup?
3. Will they move to take control of their state military facilities? Doubt it.

When a police body camera is turned off in violation of policy and police fatal shooting results a jury should be allowed to consider 1st degree murder.
If a group of KKK goe out to stalk and kill a random black person even if they don't know the identity they have engaged in premeditation required to sustain the 1st degree charge. That should apply to police departments. All who participated should be considered co-conspirators.
Even if they walk on the 1st degree they can be found guilty of a lesser included offense but they will have spent a year or more in capital crime custody. Shackled like Hannibal Lecter. If you can't control your hate, don't become a LE officer.
