While the bank is based in Switzerland, it is part of the Hinduja Group in India, one of it's subsidiaries is the oldest stock broker firm in India.
It has century old transnational finance networks... Connected to lots of Swamps!

Guess that explains the money laundering!
They were operating from Switzerland along with other locations including Dubai, London, Paris, New York, Chennai, Mumbai, Mauritius and the Cayman Islands.

Can't wait until NY State banking regulators & SDNY double team them for the receipts!

From January 2006 until April of 2017 the banks were sharing pricing information to fix prices in the market for Mexican government bonds. Committing fraud against the investors who sued them.
This is similar other market rigging cases in precious metals & foreign currency markets. Cases start out with investor suits, lead to regulatory involvement & expand to law enforcement charges! With the banks being pummeled again & again until they give up their bankers.

DOJ has discretion over prosecution, but one a guilty verdict is found in a court it is no longer simply a prosecution it is a sentencing or a reversal of verdict. scribd.com/document/46396…
Does anyone think DOJ or local prosecutors could take a list of people serving in prison & 'drop their indictment'?
How are people freed after conviction? By a judge finding evidence to vacate or reverse their conviction. But DOJ has not corrected the evidence yet...
You should read my thread on the Sullivan filing before continuing. The DOJ has not corrected or replaced any of the evidence presented by Van Grack over 3 1/2 years claiming Flynn was guilty. That is the evidence that is supporting the conviction.

Starts off talking about the unusual case that got them to this point. Including the unprecedented case of an Acting US Attorney contradicting what previous DOJ prosecutors have sworn repeatedly to the judge over 3 1/2 years of this case.
This is not normal & must to be explained
If he drops the lying to the FBI charge about Russia, will @GenFlynn be charged by DOJ with lying to the FBI about Turkey.

All in favor of Flynn being charged with lying to the FBI in the Turkey case, say drop the case now & lets put him through this again... Fail!
