Can't believe that TN Govt. not increasing testing is just happening on its own.They must be fully aware of the need to increase testing. Expert committee has told them. So has ICMR. They also see other states ramping up testing. Test kits are also available. #covid 1/n
So the only conclusion is that someone in Govt. has said not to test more.Not testing more when Case positivity rate has risen sharply is a Crime.This is going to lead to increased deaths. If someone gave such orders they must be held liable& brought to justice..2/n
Increasing testing a month ago could have saved at least some of the lives being lost now and those that may be lost in the next month or two. There must be an inquiry into why testing is not increased despite ICMR, expert Committee all saying it must be done. 3/n
If members of expert committee have any sense of duty to their profession they must resign if their inputs are not being implemented. Else they too are colluding in a massive tragedy. At least some of the lives that are being lost each day are on these politicians,bureaucrats,4/n
