1. Trump has exceeded his POWER to call a FOREIGN MILITIA to DC.

He has the power to appoint the judges in DC and the US Attorney. His actions of deploying mostly, if not all-white militias to DC is without legal basis & provocative. IMO it makes out a seditious conspiracy.

2. The POWER in DC belongs exclusively to the CONGRESS. The Executive has no Constitutional basis to assert rule outside of a declaration of National Emergency.

4. The Texas, Utah and Florida National Guard are foreign state militias in DC. They can be federalized but they are foreign militia force with no inherent power or jurisdiction outside of their State's boundaries. They're not granted a national firearms license

5. Unlike federal law enforcement officers. It is sedition to, "by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof."

If the District of Columbia needs more law enforcement only Congress has the power to order it and under the terms that Congress provides.

7. The emergency in DC is caused by Donald J. Trump. He wants to use the Capital for stage in a grotesque festival of hate. He intends to fan flames of division that even America's top military officers are calling the @POTUS a threat to our Democracy.

8. The Capital needs to be secured. But to do it Donald Trump needs to leave for the summer. Go to one of his golf clubs & let Congress put the Nation back together. In the mean time the Congress must obtain names, ranks and serial numbers of all armed foreign state militia

9. force members and commanders who are in the District with unauthorized firearms by sundown. If they don't leave criminal summonses can and should be issued.

We have lawful authority to protect @realdonaldtrump who is fearful for his safety. Call out the DC Militia.

10. 10 US Code § 246 says that the DC militia consists of all males 17 to 45 and all females in the DC Guard. @SpeakerPelosi @senatemajldr should call them up to restore order. Pay everyone who needs a job $30 hour to stand guard over frightened Donald Trump 24/7.

11. The female guard members can form the command. Give them all the DC militia free heath and day care. Arm them if Congress and the @DCPoliceDept requests. But put them to work guarding that poor frightened man in the bunker.

12. The DC Militia is mostly black and it certainly does not include the all-white militias from Texas, Florida and Utah who are welcome to visit, but not with firearms. @RepJerryNadler @RepJeffries @durban
