1. Monday SCOTUS: By my rough count there are 28 more cases to be decided by #SCOTUS for the 2019 Term. Monday is decision day. Three immigration child arrival deferred action cases and three LGBTQ rights cases have been sitting for months. IMO a sign plurality rulings coming.
2. In February there were eleven arguments. Two have been decided. May had thirteen arguments. None decided. I think we should see a number of cases decided on Monday. Wonder what Trump fears most? Justice and transparency.
3. Though some are saying they will punt I doubt it. By Monday June 29, IMO we will know if we still have a Republic for a Fascist dictatorship. I think it will be one or the other.

1. All this brings back memories of the Miami Riots. I recall my brother telling me what they did to make sure the cases were handled right after loosing major police shooting cases. They found that letting the police run the investigation resulted in claims of the fix being in.
2. So Janet Reno assigned a major crimes prosecutor supervisor to be on duty 24/7 with a beeper. It rotated. They gave them pistols to carry into the murder scene. Armed lawyers. So when there was a police shooting meaning a police officer shoots a citizen or a citizen shoots
3. an officer, the duty prosecutor rushed to the scene and took control, secured the evidence took the initial statements. The quality of the forensics improved drastically and the cases stayed winnable free from the public perception of a thumb on the the scales of justice

1. Police violence is the product of unrestricted state propaganda. The Police are watching Fox that dehumanizes dissent and the press. Police lose ability to feel remorse or empathy to deter unnecessary violence. We don't notice daily our free will is slowing fading away.
2. Don't anyone question how Hitler got the Germans to do it. Propaganda did it. And it's doing it to us. We need to establish truth. We will not live in a KGB puzzle box. We must shut down the lies and take the consequences.
3. Amend the mail and wire fraud statutes to cover false propaganda. Make it a crime. And a RICO predicate. Just another criminal fraud. Fox News and its ilk can be criminalized. Lies are not protected expression. @RepJerryNadler @WSJ @rupertmurdoch @FBIWFO

1. We need to organize the mother of all boycotts. Find the GOP businesses and don't use them. Find the business owners who donate to Trump and the GOP and boycott them. Starve the Fascist economy. Any company with a Fascist GOP supporting CEO should be forced into Bankruptcy.
2. The Fascist declared war on our constitution. Now we starve them out. Destroy them economically. We need to check public information so we deal with companies that want to be part of a democratic nation. We will destroy the fascists.
3. Find the Fascists among us and destroy them economically. No Biden sign in the window, no customers. Do what the Germans should have done when the Fascist rose in there. Put them out of business. Pick the biggest MAGA jerk in your town and bankrupt them.
