They are influence-harvesting campaigns by state-funded 'social justice' groups that pretend to gather all accounts that support ~some bad thing~ so you can 'block them all at once' - the lists get massive and they then put whoever they want on them.
They then run campaigns and bots targeting follower lists of everyone on their block lists with "I can't follow you if you follow them" or even "I can't follow you if you follow X who follows them" scripts. Isolate and divide to break resistance networks.
Don't know that one but ultra-aggressive silencing campaigns are run by state and corporate spies. Spy agencies never change their saboteur tactics but they do change tools. #opDeatheaters #BlackLivesMatter
