Cheers to @USAttyHerdman & the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of Ohio for bringing federal charges against suspected rioters.

Too many D politicians coddle Antifa terrorists & street thugs, so U.S. Attorneys must step up to keep us safe.

Many arrows in the quivers of the 93 U.S. Attorneys.

Here are federal civil-rights criminal statutes:

Rioting can be charged as a federal crime, under 21 U.S.C. Section 2101.

Cheers to Craig Carpenito, the U.S. Attorney in New Jersey, for recently bringing rioting charges:

Inciting a rioting — including online — can be charged as a federal crime.

Cheers to U.S. Attorney John Milhiser and his team in the Central District of Illiniois in Peoria for doing just that.

Cheers again to U.S. Attorney John Milhiser and his team in the Central District of Illinois for bringing another federal criminal charge for the online incitement of rioting:

Dear Minnesota Antifa Terrorists & Street Thugs:

Enjoy your (temporary) freedom.

@MayorFrey, @lisabendermpls, and the other (incompetent) political leaders of your city may keep coddling you.

But the head of @FBIMinneapolis has vowed to hunt you down:

fbi.gov/contact-us/fie…
“The FBI has a long memory and a broad reach. There are people out there who believe they are anonymous and may have gotten away with their crimes, but they are mistaken. We will cover every credible lead and follow their paths toward justice.” @FBIMinneapolis’s Rainer Drolshagen
And @CBS_Herridge — an outstanding, no nonsense reporter — has been on top of these federal charges all over the country:

There are many federal crimes for the 93 U.S. Attorneys around America to pursue against Antifa terrorists & street thugs.

Here’s an @FBI’s “partial list”:

justice.gov/jm/organizatio…

And this list doesn’t even include the federal crime of . . . “rioting”:

law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18…
RICO charges may be an arrow in the quiver:

justice.gov/archives/jm/cr…
Along with federal robbery (Hobbs Act) charges:

justice.gov/archives/jm/cr…
Firearms charges even excite liberals:

justice.gov/archives/jm/cr…
Maybe charge Antifa terrorists and street thugs (“peaceful protesters”) as “criminal street gangs”:

justice.gov/archives/jm/cr…
Extortion under the Hobbs Act may be another option for our lovely new international neighbors in the breakaway republic of #CHAZ:

justice.gov/archives/jm/cr…
You can report federal crimes, including riot-related crimes, to the @FBI tip line:

tips.fbi.gov

And you can also contact an @FBI field office:

fbi.gov/contact-us/fie…

Finally, you can followup with one of the 93 U.S. Attorneys’ offices:

justice.gov/usao/find-your…
Note the lack of news about riot-related charges — or even arrests — from many of the 93 U.S. Attorneys, including @USAO_DC & @SDNYnews.

Let’s enforce federal laws & bring justice to small businesses and lives destroyed by “peaceful protesters.”

#LawAndOrder — not #WokeJustice.
More Quivers for Federal Prosecutors (in addition to others in the above thread):

- 844(i) (arson: use of fire or explosive to damage/destroy property used in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce)

- 26 U.S.C. Section 5861 (illegal manufacture of explosives, such as a Molatov cocktail)
A U.S. Attorney oftentimes has ambitions to run for office, such as governor or senator, or to become federal judge.

Let’s keep track (and remember which) of the 93 U.S. Attorneys across America stepped up and prosecuted rioters/felons — versus which ones hid under their desks.
Cheers to U.S. Attorney Matthew Krueger and his team in the Eastern District of Wisconsin (@EDWInews) for charging these two riot-related federal cases:
