I have dealt with 6 families with at least two children together where the wives refused to support their husband’s immigration application at the last minute. They refused to give their British passports or settled status for their husband to get their status extended. I.....
t was childish. I tried to intervene but only one lady gave her documents. But can I tell you? I will get the remaining 5 their status whether their spouses release their documents or not. I have done that for the last 20 years whether it is the wife or the husband that.......

I believe it is wrong to use immigration status to fight your spouse especially when children are involved. We did not bring it from heaven. We got it by grace and we should not use it to punish or hurt anyone.....

I must admit that some spouses are useless though and probably deserve it.

escalate and so, let love win. Sort out your difficulties and don't think that if he or she gets his status sorted you will be abandoned. You are not inferior. Nemesis will soon catch up with anyone who does that.
