1) I had DIRECT contact with you at the consultation when we spoke and I told you the wider public would not support your plans. You scoffed and walked off.

6) If you are a "Public servant", then respond to @RatRitz and @andrewroche.

You're operating like a private company. How can people send FOI requests when RBH won't respond like other public servants do? Do share this process with us or it's equivalent if you have one.

Had residents not found out about this, they would have been excluded from this process.

11) Do you remember expanding the town centre area on RBHs maps after being questioned about where the empty town centre homes were?

This extended "town centre area" does not have enough empty properties to home residents either.

So where are people being moved to? 🤔🤔🤔

The charter that was shared once some residents had already been moved and were excluded from. The guidance states it should be in place as early as possible.

Being a "Public servant" can you provide a breakdown of how/ where this money has been spent? Some seems to be unaccounted for.

These regeneration plans are traumatising people and adversely impacting on their mental health under your watch.

16) You told @skubakampa you are proud of your consultations?

The ones where residents of @RochdaleHomes have been left upset, confused, unwell and displaced? Where you don't fully answer questions, seem to be exempt from responding to FOIs, where residents are being gaslighted?

17) Your consultation can't have been that great if the Housing Ombudsman awarded @RatRitz compensation for @rbhousing failing to meet Vic's needs?
