La #Melatonina aumenta la fase REM de sueño y está involucrada en la transferencia de memoria desde el almacenamiento de corto plazo en el hipocampo al almacenamiento de memoria a largo plazo en el neocórtex.
La Melatonina disminuye el tiempo de inicio del sueño, aumenta el tiempo total de sueño y mejora la calidad general del mismo.
Y además de esto, provoca que tengas sueños más vívidos y que los recuerdes mejor. 😃
