Another danger is the threat of surveillance on your internet activity: Very recently, we've seen take the US Senate and House question of whether to allow the #PatriotAct to continue to allow the warrantees surveillance of your browsing history. #PrivacyPlease
Also dangerous is the increased popularity of tools that promise security and privacy, but don't live up to it. #Zoom rushed to fix their platform, but there are still countless platforms not upholding your right to privacy. #PrivacyPlease
These are only a few of the dangers we've seen since COVID-19 struck the globe. And, as we ask ourselves "When is COVID-19 over?", we must also ask "How can we protect our right to privacy during and post COVID-19?" Do we really want another @Snowden situation in a few years?
