ウェビナーはライブだ。講師はすごく楽しそうに進行していた。もちろん緊張とかは裏ではあると思うが、そういうのは見せない。表情が良い。楽しそうに進行！ときには照れたように。ときには驚かすように。表情の変化が受講者に見える。ラジオのパーソナリティーのような感じ。
ラジオのパーソナリティーという例えはかなり良いかもしれない。#Zoom ウェビナーの受講者はチャットと挙手とQAしかできない。QAはあとで触れます。受講者のチャットをひろうのが講師の仕事。これをいかに魅力的にやるかが大切で、うまくいくとどんどんチャットが出てきて盛り上がる。
