Often, women’s input goes unmentioned, uncelebrated, unrecognized. This is entrenched in the system, enabled by the patriarchal society we live in.

As @ChimamandaReal once said, “The single story creates stereotypes. And the problem with stereotypes is not that they are untrue but they are incomplete.” - When we don’t tell the stories of the women who came before us our #herstory remains incomplete.

The things they fought for, wished for are the same things we are fighting for today; a voice, a seat at the table.
