Former Deputy and now solid .@SalinasPD copper Sgt. Alford was on Richards shit list because he didn’t play the crooked game. Richards IA’d Alford in bullshit charges and he left .@MCoSheriff to go to much more ethical Salinas Police. (With exceptions).

I have that document and all the others involving this corruption in Monterey County.
