2) Some may say, "well, it wasn't an 'investigation' yet", or, "well, she didn't 'know' it was an investigation" etc.
Ok, so why didn't she ask how/why the Flynn calls were being collected then? Under what justification/predicate could it be used for law enforcement purposes?

3) She can't have it both ways. Either she knew, (which seems clear), and everyone in that meeting knew and they were actually trying to come up with a backstory to justify collecting on Flynn for law enforcement purposes or....
4)...she didn't know he was under 'investigation' in which case she admits to knowing that Flynn was being spied on without a warrant because her knowledge that the Flynn/Kislyak calls existed 'at all' is not what's in question here.

Here's yet another blatant lie from her transcript. Can't have her cake and eat it too. I consider the whole Jan 5th date for the White House meeting to be in question now. Coining it as "Date-gate."
