1) What really happened with the Flynn case?

Hard to know when outside looking in but I believe DOJ dropping case has two "real" purposes. 1) protecting sources & methods, 2) pursuing justice on macro level looking back to Obama, not just on behalf of @GenFlynn .

2) The government/executive jealously guards sources and methods obviously and courts usually assist in this effort, even if it's hush hush, especially when it comes to limiting discovery in cases that are clearly based on parallel construction.

3) This is why it "seems" so unusual that Judge Sullivant didn't immediately drop the #Flynn case as requested by DOJ. He knows that it's not simply about some exculpatory evidence that didn't get handed over. It's much bigger than that.

4) So when under normal circumstances Judge Sullivan would've zigged in support of DOJ in this case he zagged. We must ask ourselves why but to understand why we must realize that the battle we see playing out in court is only the observable tip of the iceberg for us.

5) Just below the surface there's an ongoing fierce and tremendous battle playing out that we can't see. It is what we can't see that's really important here. The outcome of this battle is far more consequential to the future of our republic & the rule of law than most are aware.

6) Just consider Flynn's original counsel has as one of its partners a former Attorney General who's not only very likely intimately familiar with the sources & methods used to illegally spy on Flynn, (illegally for law enforcement purposes), but who...

7) would no doubt have a keen interest in concealing Obama Administration's abuses of the intel/law enforcement apparatus for political purposes. This helps explain the poor counsel Flynn received - convincing him inexplicably to plead guilty.

8) Why would they have "wanted" Flynn to plead guilty though? Because they, (DOJ/govt etc...but especially the Obama Admin), never wanted to reveal sources and methods which could start to unravel the various abuses that occurred that we now know as #obamagate / #spygate etc.

9) It's a case of "see something DON'T say anything so we can bury this." Problem for them is once @SidneyPowell1 enters & demonstrates willingness to go to trial this is a big problem for DOJ/ protecting sources and methods for future, sure, but a HUGE problem for Obama admin.

10) The idea was for Obama Administration sycophants to prevent this all from unraveling until (D) administration is back in power who will quickly bury everything & protect Obama et al into perpetuity. (That was the plan for getting Hillary elected btw but oops, she lost.)

11) So sure, current DOJ wants to protect sources & methods, duh, but Obama Admin et al & their sycophants REALLY want to prevent this from all unraveling in the court of public opinion, or congress, because it's about shielding abuses of power for them, NOT "National Security".

12) Current DOJ wants to restore rule of law which can't be pursued fully for Obama admin law breakers while some of the elements of controversy are tied up in Sullivan's court or they risk "obstructing justice" claims in Flynn case by airing all of this dirty laundry fully.

13) If you're following here then THIS is why Sullivan didn't just dismiss charges against Flynn when he normally would have. Keep it all tied up in his court to protect Obama until Biden can win, or so they pray, and everything can be fully swept under the rug forever.

14) DC Circuit Court of Appeals knows all of this. This is the "real" battle going on. Judge Wilkins and Judge Sullivan are reportedly buddies. Shocking? Covington has former AG partner, acting in best interest of Obama, NOT in Flynn's interest etc. It's all incestuous lawfare.

15) Thank goodness for @SidneyPowell1 and a couple of decent judges on the appeals court. If Sullivan must dismiss the case once and for all then one would think nothing can stop what is coming which is the airing of some very dirty laundry!
