Very interesting paper. See this line— staff who had a confirmed #covid19 household contact were at 4.63x risk of infection.

To me, this gets back to home-based transmission. If you have a known contact at home, indoor masking there may very well be required.
This also caught my eye— the first part about ICUs being protected makes me believe further that PPE really works.

The second part about higher rates in Black and Asian people— & in essential workers like porters and cleaners is also unsurprising, but deserves swift action.
