I'm still collecting my thoughts on the same.
My reservation is, there has to be an endgame.
A one day demo can simply become an inconsequential walkabout.
There has to be a clear plan before, during & after #July31stDemo
Soon, the organizers will be hunted & arrested
Soon they will make the Harare CBD a no go area
Infact, they have already banned the MDC-T EOC which was to be held on same date
Even if that doesn't happen, what should happen, say on #August1st, for the demo to be labeled a success?
These are the critical pre-demo issues to be addressed.
A demo should define itself
#FeesMustFall doesn't need interpretation
It's self explanatory
What is the key demand for #July1stDemo?
I've always said, we need to properly phrase the Zimbabwean question
Only then can there be progress
The spirited propaganda efforts at labelling the Opposition or those Leading the demo "childish & unproductive" was to be expected.
On it's own, the reaction signals progress.
The message is slowly being received.
How can a misbehaving ruling party tell the Opposition how to behave?
ZanuPF cannot tell the Opposition how to oppose it!
ZanuPF cannot be allowed to create the Opposition in its own image!
In fact, by predictably invoking the involvement of the West, Zanu is questioning our collective ability to reason.
ZanuPF will always lecture & patronize Zimbabweans.
#ZanupfMustGo
The unrepentant ZanuPF leaders are the source of our problems!
Forget about electoral legitimacy, ZanuPF post July2018 now stinks of administrative illegitimacy!
If you couldn't do it in 40 years, then you can't do it PERIOD!
enkosi!!
