Aderonke Aderinoye is an Agropreneur and founder of Agrihub Nigeria with over 6 years’ experience in agriculture. She is a graduate of Biochemistry from the University of Lagos and a PGD in Community Relations from the Pan Atlantic University (PAU).

She also has certificate in Market and Social Research conducted by PAU in collaboration with GFK, Verin Germany; an Alumnus of the US consulate International Visitors Leadership Programme 2013 & the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Programme 2015.

Ronke was the winner of the WIMBIZ Impact Investment Award 2015 and a finalist at the British Council Enterprise Challenge 2016. She holds a certificate in Agriculture, Economics and Nature from the University of Western Australia.

Ronke was also a nominee, The Future Awards in Agriculture 2016 and was featured on BBC’s African Woman You Need to Know in 2016. She is a GLOBAL G.A.P Certified Farm Assurer & has worked in the financial sector in various roles.

She aims to improve Nigeria’s economy through the provision of solutions that will boost rural development, add value to agricultural products and empowerment of students through her project – Grow Your Food Initiative.

Ronke wants to increase jobs in the sector by promoting her project – Young Farmers’ Incubator Programme to train youths who lack the capital & experience to run a farm. Her mission is to raise 50,000 new generation agribusiness professionals by 2025.
