After we rolled it out, we've seen several things become a focus as people want to talk about where to act today - digital therapeutics, cell and gene therapy, shifting sites of care, the role of the pharmacy and pharmacist, performance networks, new care models ...and

We also spent a lot of time starting to think about the integration of the EMR with the retail POS system with digital tools for remote monitoring. You can see some of this in the new video we just released #FutureofPharmacy
The other question we get about the #FutureOfPharmacy is how has #COVID impacted it. Regulatory shifts to allow pharmacists to operate more at the top of their license is a big one - testing, vaccines. Rapid growth in home delivery.
I think we can assume #COVID will also drive discussions around prevention. It has clearly emphasized the role of Behavioral Health and SDOH which can both be addressed and integrated into the retail pharmacy along with Virtual Health. (see full thread)
