Over the weekend an event called #PalestineExpo took place at which Daniel Levy was one of the speakers. He admitted that antisemitism exists in their movement but said it is "weaponised" to attack Palestinians.

Also on the panel was @haaretz journalist Gideon Levy who went further and claimed Israel was weaponising antisemitism and that it had been an effective tactic. He pleaded with panelists and viewers not to be taken in by it.

Where could the antisemitism "weaponised" by the Israelis be? How about at #PalestineExpo where another speaker, Salman abu Sitta, called Jews "a bunch of ghetto dwellers from Europe" and said the "enemy" used "their influence, money and political influence to unseat” Corbyn

Or maybe panelist @SanyikaBryant, who said Zionism "engages in destabilising govts around the world, to supporting rightwing coups, supporting paramilitary orgs, death squads in the Western hemisphere not just in Palestine, you know this is a worldwide system we are fighting"

Incidentally Bryant's comments were made on a panel chaired by @ZamzamMCR last year's chair of the National Union of Students @nusuk who nodded her way through it and audibly said "yes" during his rant.

Speaking of students Robert Andrews of @EuroPalForum, a group who published a booklet referring to Jews as "Khazars" claimed during the student panel that "we are allowing our advocacy to be suppressed under the guise of antisemitism".

Perhaps Abu Sitta and Bryant are Israeli weapons designed to attack Palestinians. Or maybe Daniel & Gideon Levy should address the racism spouted right in front of them instead of giving people an excuse to ignore it.

Anti-Jewish racism is also racism. /END
